These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Voryn Labs, the company behind Profyl. By accessing or using Profyl at profyl.voryn.xyz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using Profyl on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Profyl is a professional identity platform that lets you create a public profile page showcasing your work, links, and contact information. Visitors can discover your profile and send you inquiries directly through the platform.

Profyl is operated by Voryn Labs, an independent software studio building products for creators and professionals.

• —You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• —You must be at least 13 years old to use Profyl. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental consent
• —One person may not operate multiple Profyl accounts to circumvent restrictions or policies
• —You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You may use Profyl to honestly represent yourself, your work, and your professional identity. You may not:

• —Impersonate any person, brand, or organisation you are not authorised to represent
• —Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or violates the rights of others
• —Use Profyl to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages
• —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or Profyl's infrastructure
• —Scrape, crawl, or extract data from Profyl without express written permission
• —Use the platform for any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction

You retain full ownership of all content you post on Profyl — your bio, links, photos, and any other profile material. By publishing content on Profyl, you grant Voryn Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Profyl service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you publish, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Profyl provides a contact form on each public profile allowing visitors to send messages to profile owners. By using this feature:

• —Visitors acknowledge their message and contact details will be shared with the profile owner
• —Profile owners agree not to use received inquiries for unsolicited marketing
• —Voryn Labs is not responsible for the content of messages sent between users and visitors
• —Abuse of the inquiry feature may result in account suspension or termination

Voryn Labs aims to keep Profyl available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or experience downtime outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Profyl at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.

Profyl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voryn Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Voryn Labs is not liable for content published by users on their Profyl pages, or for any interactions between profile owners and visitors facilitated through the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of Profyl after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
